Since graduating from University of Western Australia, with a B.Com, in 1991, Damian has been a successful stockbroker in Perth with global names, Eyres Reed Limited and SBC Warburg, before heading to London in 1998. There Damian established himself predominantly in the Mining industry, where he was Managing Director of companies, private and public including Alecto Minerals which progressed various exploration projects in Africa, culminating in putting together a joint venture with internationally recognized, $billion+ gold producer Centamin Egypt Plc. He was founding Managing Director of Georgian Oil and Gas Ltd, focused on Oil and Gas exploration in Georgia (FSU). He was also heavily involved in Greenland Minerals and Energy as consultant. He has filled similar roles with a number of companies in a multitude of sectors but predominantly in commodities/resources. With 10 years experience in Perth, and then 20 years overseas, he has developed highly regarded skills in Investor Relations, Management, IPO, Private Equity, Business Development and Equity Capital Markets. The positions, skills and locations have allowed him to gain an enviable network of professionals across global industry and this sector in particular.

Blair is an experienced public company executive, having been the former Executive Director of Bowen Coking Coal Limited, Founding Managing Director of Lemur Resources Limited, as well as the former Finance Director of Coal of Africa Limited, together with the MD, Blair grew the company from a sub-$2m market capitalisation to over $1.5b at its peak.

Blair played an integral role in Bowen Coking Coal’s transition from explorer to developer and producer. In the capacity of Finance Director @ Coal of Africa Ltd, Blair Sergeant also oversaw the development and construction of two operating mines – one underground and one open pit, with total production capacity of over 8mtpa. Outside of mining, Blair was the inaugural Managing Director of Vmoto Limited, overseeing Vmoto’s first mover position in the production of electric driven two-wheeled mopeds. Vmoto is now one of the most successful electric moped  /motorbike manufacturers in the world. During his career, Blair has also held positions of Non-Executive Director and/or Company Secretary for numerous listed entities across a broad spectrum of industry.

Blair graduated from Curtin University, Western Australia with a Bachelor of Business and subsequently, a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Administration. He is a Chartered Secretary, member of the Governance Institute of Australia, member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of the Australian Certified Practising Accountants. Blair is currently an Executive Director of Celsius Resources Limited (ASX: CLA), and Non-Executive Director of both Rincon Resources Limited (ASX: RCR) and Vmoto Limited (ASX: VMT).

Graduating from Curtin University in 1997 with two Bachelor of Science degrees, Ben has spent his career working in numerous industries and countries as an Occupational Safety, Health, Environment, Security and Quality professional.

At 29 Ben was the Regional HSE Director (Middle East) for a multinational services company before starting his own HSE Consultancy, servicing the oil and gas and mining industries and military operations in countries like Australia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Columbia, Iraq and Libya and specializing in supply chain management, oil and gas operations and oil and gas construction projects.

Ben has extensive experience in developing, auditing and certifying management systems associated with ISO 14001, ISO 18001 / 45001 and ISO 17020 / 9001.  Ben has a significant environmental auditing background, developing Environmental Management and compliance / assurance systems and has a demonstrated commitment to assisting companies on their journey to carbon neutral operations.
